Service Overview:

Customer to Provide Paint:

• Recommended Paint Amount:  For a room up to 150 square feet, you will need approximately 1 to 2 gallons of paint, depending on the paint coverage and the number of coats.

  • A gallon of paint typically covers about 175-200 square feet.  

  • A quart of trim paint typically covers about 150 linear feet.

What's Included:

1. Room Size: Up to 144 square feet (12x12 feet)

2. Preparation:

   • Move furniture and protect floors with drop cloths

   • Tape off edges and trim for clean lines

   • Fill holes and cracks in the walls

3. Priming (if necessary):

   • Apply primer to ensure the paint adheres well and the color is uniform

4. Painting (Walls Only):

   • Apply one or two coats of paint to walls (excluding the ceiling)

   • Paint trim and baseboards with precision

5. Drying Time:

   • Ensure adequate drying time between coats for a flawless finish

6. Cleanup:

   • Remove all tape and coverings

   • Clean brushes, rollers, and other equipment

   • Put furniture back in place

7. Final Inspection:

   • Review the completed work with you to ensure satisfaction

   • Touch up any areas if necessary
